The rules of the court.

1. Who operates NightlyPicks

NightlyPicks is a trading name of JJBX Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 16992041. Registered office: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

References to “NightlyPicks”, “DIME”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms mean JJBX Limited. NightlyPicks and DIME are product and trading identities, not separate legal entities. JJBX Limited may operate other products and services; these terms apply only to your use of NightlyPicks and DIME.

2. Eligibility and local law

Betting-oriented features are intended for people aged 21 or older. You must also meet any higher local age requirement and may use the service only where doing so is lawful. You are responsible for the laws that apply where you are located.

Do not use NightlyPicks if gambling is unlawful for you, if you are self-excluded, or if using betting research would undermine a break from gambling.

3. Research—not a betting service

NightlyPicks publishes statistical analysis, market observations, model outputs and educational explanations. We do not operate a sportsbook, hold stakes, access your sportsbook account, negotiate or place bets, settle winnings, or guarantee that any displayed market remains available.

Nothing on the service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. A recommendation is not an instruction to wager. Confirm the player, game, injury status, line, price, book rules and legal availability before acting.

4. Models, prices and historical results

Models can be wrong. Sportsbook lines and prices can change after we observe them, and a price shown by NightlyPicks may be unavailable to you. Historical records describe the stated dataset and grading rules; they are not typical-user earnings and do not predict future returns.

The CORE benchmark is broader than the recommendation Board. Its scope, exclusions and flat-1u calculation are explained in our Results and Grading Policy.

5. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account credentials secure and give us accurate information. You may not misuse the service, probe or bypass security, interfere with other users, submit unlawful material, automate abusive traffic, or commercially redistribute our protected presentation or analysis without permission.

We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, our providers or legal compliance. We will not use this clause to remove rights that consumer law gives you.

6. Third-party data and links

Schedules, statistics, market information and other source data may be supplied by third parties. Their availability and accuracy can change. A reference or link to a league, team, athlete, sportsbook or other service does not mean that party sponsors or endorses NightlyPicks.

NBA, WNBA, team, athlete and sportsbook names are used for identification. NightlyPicks is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NBA, WNBA, their teams, their athletes or any sportsbook.

7. Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain rights in NightlyPicks, DIME, our software, original copy, visual design and model presentation. These terms do not transfer ownership of third-party facts or marks and do not give you a right to present our output as your own service.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to show complete, current information, but feeds can be late, incomplete or unavailable. The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for gambling losses, decisions made using changing market information, or indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Current beta and future paid access

The current beta has no paid checkout or recurring subscription. If we introduce a paid plan, we will show the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation method and applicable cancellation rights before you agree to pay. Separate paid terms may then apply.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you retain mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings that your local law gives you. We may update these terms prospectively and will identify the current revision date.
